Trail Running Camp ...

Experience four days of trail running training together in small groups (max. 10 people) in theory and practice and get to know the mountain sports region from its most beautiful side.

THEORY:
Tour planning, weather knowledge, first aid, compulsory equipment, competition preparation, nutrition and training planning.

PRACTICE:
Adapted running technique in the terrain, economical uphill and downhill running, pole technique.

BALANCE TRAINING:
running-specific strength training, stabilisation, as well as measures for active and passive regeneration

EQUIPMENT:
Trail running specific: running backpack, trail running shoes (if available a second pair), short and long trousers, rain jacket, rain over trousers, rescue blanket, 1st aid kit, whistle, poles (optional), sun protection: cap, sunscreen, sunglasses, hat, gloves.
