Since the beginning of September, Austria's highest construction site has been located on the roof of Styria. The Dachstein Gletscherbahn mountain station is undergoing extensive exterior and interior remodelling and will reopen in spring 2024 under the motto "Energy Crystal". Despite the renovation work, the Dachstein Glacier Lift will operate exclusively from 27th December to 5th January.
The glacier lift will be open from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm on these days.
